Privacy Policy

1. Data Collected

We process account identity (your sign-in email), workspace membership, the URL and title of pages you choose to analyze, analysis request metadata, and usage and billing events needed to operate the service.

2. Analysis Content Handling

When you analyze a page, Relayne extracts on-page signals (metadata, document structure, structured data, and a short body-text preview). Before any data leaves your device, body-text previews and extracted text fields are redacted to remove personal-data patterns such as email addresses, long digit sequences, and secrets/tokens. Full page HTML is never uploaded. Results and pipeline reports are stored per workspace, and access is restricted by workspace role checks and database row-level security policies.

3. Billing and Payment Data

Billing transactions, quota grants, and usage telemetry are retained for reconciliation, fraud prevention, and accounting.

What we receive from Lemon Squeezy

We receive order confirmations, subscription status events, and customer identifiers needed to grant quota and manage subscriptions. These are stored in our billing transactions ledger.

What we do not store

Card numbers and other sensitive payment credentials are never stored in Relayne's database.

4. Security

Authentication is managed by Supabase Auth. Server-side privileged operations are performed using service role credentials in protected runtime environments.

5. Analytics and Error Reporting

Relayne may use privacy-preserving product analytics (PostHog) to understand aggregate feature usage, and an error-reporting service (Sentry) to diagnose crashes. Analytics events are anonymized product signals (for example, that an analysis completed) and never include page content or the redacted previews; error reports contain only stack traces and code-level context. Both are gated by configuration and transmit nothing unless explicitly enabled.
