1. Service Scope

Relayne provides URL-based analysis reports and workspace-level history storage for search optimization diagnostics.

2. Account and Workspace

Users are responsible for account credentials and all actions executed inside their workspace.

3. Billing, Tax, and Refunds

Usage quota can be granted by subscription, one-time purchase, or manual adjustment. Quota and usage records are maintained for billing and audit purposes.

Our Refund Policy

Once quota has been consumed (one or more analyses run), refunds may not be available for that period. Refund eligibility follows Lemon Squeezy's policy in conjunction with this policy.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not submit content or URLs that violate applicable law, infringe rights, or abuse service resources.

5. Limitation

Analysis output is advisory. Availability and output quality may vary based on target page conditions and external dependencies.
